1.会议室使用采取预约制。预借登记会议室的使用日期不能提前超过2周,连续借用时间不能超过3天。
2.申请使用会议室时,需明确使用时间、参加会议人数等,如有需行政办公室协办的事项请提前备注。
3.如遇会议之间发生冲突,优先顺序上以:实验室重要会议、课题团队例会、临时会议为考量。
4.与会人员请爱护会议室的设施,未经行政办公室同意不得擅自挪用会议室的各类设施。
5.请保持会议室整洁,会后及时整理,关闭设备电源。发现设备故障或损坏需及时报至办公室。
